In practical terms, what can you automate for me?
Anything that repeats and follows a logic: quotes and invoices, payment follow-up, double data entry between programs, sending and filing documents, stock or deadline alerts, appointments, calculations, data migration. AI comes in where it genuinely helps: answering your customers’ questions, preparing a data entry, producing an explainer video. The free first conversation is about spotting what is worth automating for you, and what isn’t.
Does my need justify custom software?
Not necessarily. A custom tool can start from a single task: a calculation redone by hand, information entered twice. During the first conversation, I tell you honestly whether custom software makes sense or whether an existing solution will do.
How much does custom software or an automation cost?
It depends on the number of tasks and the tools to connect. After a free first conversation, I give you a clear quote, fixed-fee or hourly, with no hidden costs. We can start with a single task, then grow the tool from there.
Will the AI make decisions for me?
No. Safe automations (synchronisations, meter readings, scheduled sends) run on their own, following rules you approve at the outset. Whatever the AI prepares (a draft, an entry, a reply) arrives “to review” and waits for your approval. For anything that must be exact every time, such as amounts, I favour programmed rules over AI.
Can you migrate my data and keep my current tools?
Yes. I have already migrated data from WinBooks, TeamLeader and Desafio, and connected applications to Horus, Microsoft 365 and Peppol e-invoicing. For other software, I first check what it allows, without promising anything beforehand.
My invoices have to go through Peppol. Can you help?
Yes. Peppol e-invoicing is built into several applications I have developed, as well as into GestFact. Depending on your current tool, I check whether it can be connected, or I suggest GestFact.
What happens after go-live?
I train you so that you can work independently, and I offer maintenance and improvements. Some of my software has been looked after for more than 10 years.
Do you still do websites, IT repair and hardware? Which areas do you cover?
Yes. Based in Marche-les-Dames, near Namur, I work across the whole of Belgium: remotely for software, automation, websites and some repairs, and on-site for surveillance, networks and virtual tours. Websites from €149 (hosting and domain name included for the first year), e-commerce, 360° tours, cameras, networks, home automation, repairs and 100% independent hardware advice.
